Submission Guidelines

For Issue 15 of Inertia, editor J.M. Spalding is looking for music, prose and poetry. For music, we’d like to see bossa nova and other latin-influenced pieces (think Mendes, Jobim etc). For non-fiction, we’re looking for autobiographical essays (roughly 500-1000 words) for our upcoming “A Day in the Life” series. For fiction, we’re looking for a good hard-boiled detective story (< 2500 words). For poetry, anything goes—but we’d love to see work that addresses the current state of...
